Delegates from GMS Australia recently attended the annual ANZSNM Conference held at The Grand Chancellor, Hobart. The conference was well attended and boasted a number of leading domestic and international keynote speakers.
As a result of the shortened format at this year's conference, GMS was no longer able to sponsor the popular technologist's evening. In leiu, GMS Australia was afforded the opportunity to collaborate with Siemens in co-hosting their annual industry event on the opening evening of conference. The night was a great success and an excellent chance to catch up with customers informally ahead of main schedule.
With advancements in PET & theranostics featuring prominently throughout the ANZSNM meeting, arranging a demonstration Comecer IRIS Auto Injector proved to be a major drawcard to the GMS booth. With the abiilty to inject mulitple diagnostic & PET isotopes, there was keen interest in the IRIS throughout the event.
Comecer was well represented by Area Sales Manager, Fabio Salvini, as was IDB Holland by Managing Director, Philippe Van Overeem who was accompanied by Serge Elemans (Deputy General Manager). As always we look forward to ongoing success with all of our key commercial partners throughout 2017.
GMS Australia continued it's long-standing support of the annual Poster Award, whilst the Radpharm award continued its tradition of attracting extremely high quality research articles. Both awards were presented to worthy recipients at the ANZSNM Gala Dinner held at the impressive Glenablyn Estate Winery.
Overall, ANZSNM 2017 was concluded as a successful meeting for GMS and presented a great opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and explore new business opportunities moving forward. Thanks to everyone involved in making it such a great conference.
